We focus on the positive aspects of the world and we also try to bring ethnic diversity everywhere we go. Africana Expressions was founded by Pap Diop in 1990. What started off as just an idea, blossomed into a growing business. Now at Africana Expressions we have all kinds of ethnic merchandise. We carry shirts from Jamaica, hats and bags from the Caribbean Islands and music from all over the world. Our business has transformed many of the festivals that we attend from having one type of customer to having a diverse population of customers. The founder of Africana Expressions, Pap Diop, brought Africana Expressions from the ground up.
